I. Round Table “Effective transfer of technology is catalyst of society innovation development”.

The discussions on the problems concerning ecology, recycling production waste and materials that exhausted their resources are of great scientific and practical importance. The actuality of proposed problems for discussion is confirmed by the fact that more than 250 specialists took participation in each previous conferences. The Organizing Committee believes that the number of conference participants will increase in 2012, and the time for conference holding - the “velvet” season in Crimea - will promote the successful work of conference.

The official languages of conference will be Russian and English.

NanoImpactNet - QNano conference. "From theory to practice - development, training and enabling nanosafety and health research"

The event in Dublin will last five days and consist of a three-day Integrating conference (including a special stakeholder session) and two one-day Training schools.

Successful R&D in Europe: 4th European Networking Event

Enterprise Europe Network invites SME’s, researchers and entrepreneurs to an international event to find new R&D partners for FP7 projects. . The Successful R&D in Europe - European Networking Event will offer attendees the opportunity to make new contacts and form new partnerships for European funding proposals.

The networking event will be structured in parallel brokerage sessions focussing on five topics:

People (focus on ITN/ IAPP)

The event will see keynote speeches from European Commission representatives Dr. Rudolf W. Strohmeier, Deputy Director-General of DG Research and Innovation and Dr. Joanna Drake, Director for SMEs and Entrepreneurship at DG Enterprise and Industry.

Participants are invited to give short a presentation on their capabilities and opportunities for collaboration.

3rd International Samsonov Conference

The Frantsevych Institute for Problems of Materials Scienceof NASU and the National Technical University “KPI” arrange regular (every two years) conferences on the general topic of materials science of refractory compounds. The previous conferencewas held in 2008 and was organized around the 90th birthday celebration of G. V.Samsonov, an outstanding scientist associated with the materials science of advanced composite materials and technologies. Refractory materials operate under extreme conditions such as high temperatures and pressures, aggressive chemical and radiation media. This class of materials is widely used in microelectronics and coating technologies.

The Conferencewill be held at the National Technical University of Ukraine “KPI”.

The conference languages are English (preferable) and Russian.

Industrial Technologies 2012

19 to 21 June 2012

Following the success of the first Industrial Technologies conference in Brussels in 2010, the next event in this series takes place in Aarhus in June 2012.

The event integrates Nanotechnology, Materials and Production to show how innovative industrial technologies can boost competitiveness and growth by 2020.

With an audience expected to include 1000 members of Europe’s industrial technologies community, the event will highlight:

Solutions to improve the environment for innovation in Europe
